The Veteran Affairs office required the relocation of 5 data centers, located in 5 separate states. OneSource dispatched multiple teams, per location, to move existing equipment to each of the new locations and upgraded CAT64 cabling, patch panels, patch cable, and fiber jumpers. Additionally, we aided in the implementation of a unique labeling system in each location that fit within the VA’s requirements.

Upon completion, each VA datacenter location experienced an immediate upswing in productivity and speed in helping connect resources to Veterans across the country.

Global Financial Services

This financial firm required deployment of wireless LAN Technology. OneSource was tasked with designing and implementing a solution that would meet coverage requirements and be sustainable with the amount of network traffic anticipated within the site. OneSource did a thorough evaluation of access point placement, interference, and assessing interruptions from neighboring networks to ensure results were desirable.

With the new network in place the firm was able to expand their business. The newly created assessment and installation procedure created allowed for the opening of 3 new sites. OneSource continues to serve as a dedicated IT consultant for the firm.

35 Private Owned Physician's Offices

Joint Pain

This group of clinics needed a wide range of on going, contracted IT services ranging from new user hardware and software deployment to the installation of new technology.  OneSource developed a managed services option called H.I.T. (Healthcare IT) that provided subscription-based IT services to these healthcare providers.

Services included installation of technology, hosted email solutions, preventative maintenance, business disaster recovery, network security, and the 24/7/365 help desk support. This allowed providers to direct their focus back to patient care and alleviated common setbacks associated with office-based technology.

Global Fast-Food Establishment

The global restaurant chain required a domestic network upgrade to capture real-time data more accurately as orders were submitted. To keep pace with competitors and their abilities to deliver customer needs more quickly. OneSource was able to upgrade over 5500 locations in a year’s time. The scope required a complete overhaul of the previous network, which was completely removed, and upgraded to include installation of a new rack, switches, router, wireless backup unit and access points with minimal downtime to the store.

The customer was able to stay on schedule, within budget, and continue to deliver a high-quality product with minimal interruption to day-to-day operations.

A robust Wi-Fi Network that was capable of handling heavy traffic loads from 5,000 daily visitors using a variety of applications including social media and video streaming was needed throughout the facility. OneSource designed and installed the Wi-Fi network, deployed 12 Aruba Wi-Fi Access Points in internal and external locations, conducted site surveys, heat mapping, signal evaluations, and equipment recommendations and installations. Project management, cabling, installation of NEMA boxes, and exterior pole installs were also required.

The retail establishment’s 5G service with OneSource deployed Wi-Fi allows a dynamic and enriching wireless experience for its visitors and enhances efficiencies for its employees and vendors who rely on mobile point of sale devices and wireless devices to manage back-office operations
