Sales Coordinator

OneSource Building Technologies (OSBT) is looking for an energetic Sales Coordinator to join our Sales team. We value associates who are passionate about growing our existing accounts while proactively pursuing new accounts and identifying roadblocks and obstacles to increasing business.


As a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and assisting in closing prospective customers. This person should possess outstanding sales experience, honed customer service skills and a passion for technology, new systems, and innovative business solutions in a variety
of settings and inceptions. The ideal fit will have a positive attitude and be highly motivated to learn and grow within the organization. You should be resourceful, analytical, adaptable, and organized with the ability to quickly build (and maintain) rapport with customers.

 

Key Duties & Responsibilities
• Partners with the Business Development Manager, account Manager and customers to understand business needs, issues, strategies, and priorities to deliver value-added business solutions
• Identifies key trends and customer needs and leverage industry knowledge and applications to find and close opportunities
• Maintain lead generations through social selling, prospecting, tradeshows, and other interactions
• Generates existing and/or new sales to customers for delivery of OSBT products/services/systems and solutions to solve customer’s strategic business priorities
• Actively participates in new account kick off calls
• Collaborates with internal departments to facilitate customers’ needs and fulfillment and ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
• Collaborates with the Account Manager to ensure a smooth client hand-off to Operations through complete documentation and proper expectation-setting with clients
• Servicing and maintaining existing customers accounts and outstanding scopes
• Demonstrates and maintains complete extensive knowledge of OSBTs service solutions

Requirements
• Demonstrated ability to successfully engage with a wide variety of functional areas within large
organizations
• Excellent verbal and written skills with keen attention to detail
• Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
• A commitment to measurable performance goals
• Highly self-driven sense of motivation
• Strong organizational skills, and CRM application skills

Qualifications
• 0 - 2 years' experience in a fast paced, sales related role
• Customer service, sales, marketing, business development, communications, hospitality, retail and
restaurant experience are a plus
• Knowledge of various IT/telecom markets and existing contacts a plus
• Experience in identifying, cold calling, and qualifying sales prospects
• Experience in technical writing a plus
