About the Role
We are currently seeking a Logistics Administrator with
at least 2 years of experience with exceptional customer service by responding to customer
inquiries quickly, accurately enter/update data company ticketing systems, provide reporting
and feedback, communicate effectively with logistics offices and depots internationally, and
efficiently manage shipments and other aspects of operations. The ideal candidate will have
excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and keep track of ongoing projects.
Requirements
Job Duties/Responsibilities
• Assist Logistics team to meet shipping deadlines for customer targets and ongoing
projects
• Print FedEx shipping labels
• Uploading tracking and billing information into in-house ticketing system portal
• Provide customer service and support for redelivery requests, returns, and general
enquiries.
• Respond to project requests by building tickets in ticketing system as needed
• Work attentively and pro-actively with PMs and PCs as needed
• Reply and facilitate appropriate email communication with customer questions and
requests
• Coordinate with domestic and international logistics depots to meet performance
goals, specifically regarding estimates, approvals, and repairs
• Work attentively and pro-actively with Logistics and Configuration teams.
• Perform other administrative support tasks, including updating and sorting files,
and conducting research
• Help and other duties as assigned
Requirements
• Previous experience in logistics, warehouse, technology, or other related fields
preferred
• Must be organized with the ability to multi-task efficiently
• Good written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail & organizational skills
• Experience with shipping carries preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
• Advanced experience in Excel
• Detail-oriented and deadline-driven
