About the Role

We are currently looking for an energetic Account Manager to join our Sales team. We are searching for communicative candidates who are proactive and passionate about company services and the clients they serve. Account managers will act as a point of contact for their clients. As an Account Manager, you will act as client advocate and work with internal departments to ensure that client needs are understood and satisfied. This may include making sales, handling client complaints, collecting and analyzing data, and improving the overall customer experience.

Job Duties/Responsibilities

  • Acting as a client advocate with a focus on improving the buyer experience.

  • Communicating with clients to understand their needs and explain product value.

  • Building relationships with clients based on trust and respect.

  • Developing new opportunities and contacts within key accounts.

  • Maintain and grow sales by identifying new upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

  • Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment and ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.

  • Meet regularly with other team members and departments to discuss progress and find new ways to improve business.

  • Coordinate with Sales and Marketing to ensure customers optimize services and appropriately debut new services as they relate to client needs.

  • Maintaining updated knowledge of company products and services.

  • Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes.


Requirements

  • Experience in a fast paced, sales related role

  • Experience selling a service

  • Customer service, sales, marketing, business development, communications, hospitality, or retail experience are a plus

  • Knowledge of various IT/telecom markets

  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs

  • Experience with relational sales methodology

  • Excellent communication, relationship-building and organization skills

  • Proficiency with the Internet, MS Office, and CRM systems
