Once your equipment is checked into our warehouse, we will, as part of our standard check in process, remove all labels you may have attached while it was in your possession. Through this process, we remove any trace of its former ownership
Detailed reporting

OneSource will identify each item and provide a comprehensive serializzed report of each item which can be made available through a web portal or via email.

Hard drive data removal to DOD specification

End-of-life data security is crucial. OneSource will completely sanitize your functioning hard drives to comply with U.S. Department of Defense specifications; ensuring that your data is completely wiped clean and information is protected. Non functional hard drives will be shredded.

Environmentally dispose of valueless equipment

The Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) prohibit the disposal of equipment that contains certain hazardous metals. We are dedicated to a zero landfill policy and as such we partner with recycling companies who are certified to provide environmentally safe disposal of equipment that has no resale value.

Warehousing, configuration, and deployment of CPE
