 OSBT has partnered with New Edge Networks, a Vancouver ,WA-based ISP, to coordinate a large rollout of new DSL service in over 1,200 shoe stores across the nation. Legacy dial-up point of sale service (POS) has been replaced with a standardized high speed service, requiring new installation of cat5 cabling for the registers and shared line DSL filtering.
OSBT was responsible for scheduling all technician dispatchs, managing equipment inventory for each location as well as streamlining the customer’s installation processes to ensure a higher rate of successful installations.
