OneSource Building Technologies (OSBT) provides voice and data infrastructure services to mid-tier and large enterprises nationwide and abroad. The Company’s business is comprised of three lines-of-business: (1.) Provisioning and Maintenance Services; planning, scheduling and deployment for asset management, equipment installation and/or repair of voice and data networks (2.) Management, Monitoring and Outsourcing Services; providing on-site services, call-center services and outsourcing services, and (3.) Workforce Augmentation; providing specialized technology and program management talent.

Started in 2001, OSBT is a wholly owned subsidiary of Fisk Acquisition, Inc. (“Fisk”), and an affiliate of Fisk Electric Company, one of the largest electrical contracting companies in the United States. Fisk Acquisition acquired OSBT in conjunction with its acquisition of Fisk Electric Company from Tyco Electronics in 2004. OSBT at that time was comprised of five (5) non-integrated technology services units acquired by Tyco that were marginally profitable. Over the last 5 years, Bruce Davis, President and CEO and Jack Lucier, Vice President have consolidated and focused the business on IT Infrastructure Service as the core business.

OSBT’s headquarters is in Houston, Texas. The Company has 60 employees of which 48 are based in Houston. OSBT has under contract over 1,500 large and small IT, telecom, security, AV, and electrical contractors nationwide and abroad. These contractors supply over 5,000 screened technicians.

The Company has long established relationships with marquee Global 500 customers, some using OSBT for over 15 years. OSBT has established Tier 1 Master Subcontract Agreements with key telecom and technology providers that provide opportunities unique to a firm OSBT’s size.
