OneSource Building Technologies (OSBT) provides voice and data infrastructure services to mid-tier and large enterprises nationwide and abroad. The Company’s business is comprised of three lines-of-business: Provisioning and Maintenance Services; planning, scheduling and deployment for asset management, equipment installation and/or repair of voice and data networks Management, Monitoring and Outsourcing Services; providing on-site services, call-center services and outsourcing services, and Workforce Augmentation; providing specialized technology and program management talent.
In 2001, OSBT hired Cap Gemini Ernst & Young to develop an operational plan to deliver global infrastructure services for voice and data. This comprehensive plan outlined the development of a global Service Provider Alliance that now engaged over 6,000 technicians in more than 87 countries.
OSBT’s corporate headquarters are located in Houston, Texas. The OSBT Call Center, which is located in a second building in Houston, operates on a 24X7X365 schedule and is the main control center for all service work.
The Company has established strong working relationships with both partners and customers in many vertical markets including: finance, hospitality, telecommunication, healthcare and government.
